THREE NIGHT STAND AT THE SWAMP

Looking at ideas for a quick vacation getaway this summer? Can't make it to any of the DMB Caravan tour stops?

Don't fret - The DMTB will be hosting a very special, very rare three night stand in sunny Fort Walton Beach, Florida this summer. Thursday-Saturday August 18-20 - three nights, three entirely different sets of DMB's biggest hits and your favorites. Located directly on the beaches of Okaloosa Island at The Boardwalk, The Swamp is the area's premiere super beach club. The Boardwalk is home to the area's best dining, shopping and entertainment as well as it's amazing beaches.

If we get enough interest on the Facebook event pages we will be setting up some other events for the weekend including acoustic shows, DMB live show listening parties and beachside jam sessions. You can find the event pages at The DMTB's official Facebook page - www.facebook.com/thedmtb

FACEBOOK EVENT PAGES AND FREE TICKETS

We have updated the tour dates section of our website to include links to all the event pages on Facebook. These event pages are a big factor in spreading the word about the show and we need YOUR HELP.

If you plan on attending any DMTB shows in the future, please head over to the official event page on Facebook by clicking the "FACEBOOK" link next to the corresponding tour date. Once on the event page, make sure to update your status to "attending". In addition, please make sure to send the event page invite to all your friends in the area (and ask them to pass it along to theirs, etc).

The day of the show we will select attendees from the event page and send them messages on Facebook with instructions on gaining free entry to the show that night. And that's it - help us spread the word about the show and we will give you a chance to get in free!

SUMMER DATES COMING IN FAST

If you have been checking out the band's tourdates recently you will notice we have been announcing and posting summer dates fast and furious. Highlights include:

The annual Summer Outdoor Series continues in Charleston, Virginia Beach, Wilmington, El Paso, Peoria and more. Return dates at BB King's in NYC and Showcase Live in Massachusetts. A 3 night stand in sunny Fort Walton Beach, FL. And a return home to Rhythm & Brews in May.

CHARLOTTE, NC RESCHEDULED

If you were in attendance last month at Amos Southend in Charlotte, NC, you were no doubt as disappointed as we were at the power outage that forced the show to be cancelled. Power was out across the entire southend neighborhood of Charlotte for hours that night and there wasn't a thing the band or the club could do about it.

We have rescheduled the show at Amos Southend for Friday, April 9. As always the show is all ages and door will be open at 8:00pm. We will have to make this an extra special night for all the Charlotte DMB fans who got the shaft last time!

THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME...

The DMTB is coming home. After a few months of touring the Northeast and Midwest US, the band will be coming home in May. Join us on Saturday night, May 8 for our return date at Rhythm & Brews in downtown Chattanooga.
